ELEMENT HOTEL - KNOXVILLE

This hotel architecture project is a 5 story, 105 room Westin/Marriot hotel that is designed for longer stays for the business traveler. The emphasis of this hotel building project is health-focused and ecologically conscious. This exciting commercial project is currently under construction and slated to be open in mid-2020.

RANGNEKAR FAMILY RESIDENCE

This beautiful custom home design is in the Bridgemore Community in West Knoxville. The main floor is open for entertaining family and friends with a fantastic 2-story Great Room. Unique features include a theater, exercise, and game room with guest bedroom on the lower floor plus a gathering space for the three bedrooms on the second floor.

TAC AIR HANGER - TYSON MCGHEE

This is a new hangar facility for TAC Air at Tyson-McGhee airport in Blount County, Tennessee. This commercial architecture project is a 19,000 square foot pre-engineered metal structure that clearspans 160 feet. The facility will house multiple aircraft. The hangar doors allow for 150’ clear opening to maneuver the aircraft through. A challenging and exciting architecture project to be a part off.

CUSTOM FOODS FACILITY EXPANSION

Custom Foods is one of our longest-standing commercial architecture clients. We're always excited to help them as they grow their facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. Most recently our oysk3 architects team helped design an addition for freezer storage, employee facilities and additional offices for their company.
